Set on Canal Hill in the village of Tiverton, The Larches has been welcoming residents into a warm, characterful Victorian building for many years. We’re a small home by design — twenty residents, all known by name — and we’re proud to be run by a family who treats every resident as one of our own.
From the conservatory looking out onto the garden, to the dining room where the cooking smells reach the hallway each morning, we’ve made a place that feels, simply, like home.

Since Zak & Shirin took the keys in 2020, The Larches has grown steadily — a refurbishment here, a new face there, all to keep the standard of care moving forward.

Bedrooms, lounges and the conservatory all brought back to life — new carpets, fresh paint, brighter spaces.
A new home manager joins the team, bringing decades of nursing leadership and a passion for dementia-aware care.
We welcome our newest manager — carrying forward our standards and continuing to invest in the team and the home.
